Terms of Service — Workspace CLI by EYAL.CC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Workspace CLI by EYAL.CC (“the Application”), operated by Eyal Avitan, EYAL.CC, Israel (“we”, “us”). By installing the Application, or by authorising it against a Google Account, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not authorise the Application.

1. What the Application is

The Application is a command-line tool that calls Google Workspace APIs on behalf of the Google Account that authorises it. It runs on the user’s own computer. It is not a hosted service, and we operate no server that receives or processes your data.

2. Private use

The Application is private software built for the maintainer’s own workflow. It is provided without charge, without any commitment of availability, and without a support obligation. We may change it, restrict it or discontinue it at any time, without notice.

3. Your Google Account

You are responsible for the Google Account you authorise and for everything done through it using the Application. Your use of Google’s services remains governed by the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms overrides them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Application to:

access any Google Account you are not authorised to access;
breach any applicable law, or any Google policy or API quota;
send unsolicited bulk mail, or otherwise abuse the Gmail API;
collect, harvest or redistribute another person’s data without their consent;
reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Application.

5. Your data

The Application does not send your Google data to us. Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any file the Application writes to your computer is yours to manage, and backing it up is your responsibility.

6. Destructive operations

The Application can create, modify and delete content in the authorised Google Account. Commands execute as issued. You are solely responsible for the commands you run and for their consequences, including data loss. Verify a command before running it against content that matters.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve the integrity of any data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or in connection with the Application, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Application shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Application or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by revoking its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and deleting it from your computer. We may terminate or suspend access at any time, for any reason.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The current version is always the one published at this URL, with its effective date shown above. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
